Shipping and returns
How the order ships, how long it takes, and what happens if something arrives wrong.
Processing
Confirmed orders are prepared within 24 to 48 business hours. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.
Packaging
Sealed lyophilized vial in rigid packaging with a cold pack and double box. The vial is labeled with compound, content and batch number.
Cold chain
Inside Tulum we deliver ourselves, same day. Outside Tulum the order ships with FedEx Express under 2-8 °C temperature control, the range where a reconstituted peptide stays stable. That service covers Cancún, Playa del Carmen and Tulum, with consistent transit times for urgent shipments.
Cost
Free in Tulum. Outside Tulum a flat rate applies per zone, shown before payment when you pick your delivery zone. No minimum order.
How you pay
SPEI bank transfer or cash on delivery. With SPEI the order is held for 24 hours: you send the exact amount to the CLABE we show you, share the receipt on WhatsApp, and that releases it. With cash you pay on delivery, exact amount, because the courier does not carry change.
Tracking
We message you on WhatsApp with the tracking number when the order ships, and send the batch COA at the same time.
Damaged or incorrect product
If the vial arrives broken, with a broken seal, or is not what you ordered, message us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the vial. It is replaced at no cost.
Returns
Given the nature of the product we do not accept returns of opened, reconstituted or unpackaged vials. A vial that left the cold chain is no longer traceable.
